Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75!
Orders are shipped from Portage, Indiana via UPS and the US Postal Service (First Class, Parcel Select Ground, and Priority Mail.)
All US shipments include tracking.
Free shipping offer is for standard, non-expedited shipping for orders with US delivery addresses only. To qualify, an order must have an item subtotal of $75 after any applicable discounts have been applied. All items must be in one single order. Qualifying orders will have a Free Shipping selection available at checkout.
There is no order fulfillment on weekends or holidays. Overnight shipping is not currently available.
Need to add items to your order? If you place multiple orders, the shipping warehouse will ship them separately, in separate boxes, and additional shipping charges are not refunded. If you need to add items to an order you've already placed, please email hello@smilemercantile.com to cancel your order/orders so you can place one single order with all of the items you would like.

International Shipping:
International shipments up to 4 pounds in weight are sent via standard shipping. We are not able to foresee, or accept responsibility for, any customs delays or additional costs within your country. Note that there is no insurance associated with international deliveries, and shipping times vary from country to country with possible delays. Tracking is not always available for international shipments.
Currently shipping is not available to the UK or Germany due to specific VAT requirements and packaging taxes, respectively.
Beginning July 1, 2021 EU orders will be charged VAT upon import. You will need to coordinate your VAT payment with the delivery service. Customs forms reflect the full value of the items, regardless of sales or specials. Smile Mercantile is not responsible for shipments sent back due tounpaidVAT.
Spun Cotton Balls, Vintage-Style Craft Shapes, Select by Size
Spun cotton balls for craft projects available in 13 different sizes from 6mm to 50mm in diameter. Choose your desired size from the dropdown menu.
These classic craft shapes are made out of tightly spun cotton fiber which can be painted, glittered, and embellished. They are made in Germany by spinning cotton cellulose tissue on a spindle, forming it into various shapes. These dense "pressed paper" balls make great starters for vintage-style ornaments or decorations. Each ball has a single hole in one end.
Spun cotton craft shapes work well with acrylic craft paints, can be adhered with white glue or hot glue, and can even be used as a form for polymer clay projects. It's a versatile craft supply, made of all natural materials. The surface texture is similar to watercolor paper.
These spun cotton balls are available in the following sizes: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 18mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm.
