When will my order be shipped?

  • Most orders ship in 1-4 days from our warehouse in Portage, Indiana.  We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays.  

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship worldwide, except for the United Kingdom and Germany.  We are not set up to remit a UK tax return for the new VAT regulations, so unfortunately are not able to get packages into the UK for orders placed at this website.  UK orders may be placed here in our Etsy shop. Currently we are not able to ship to Germany due to the Packaging Act requirements.
  • Beginning July 1, 2021 EU orders will be charged VAT upon import. You will need to coordinate your VAT payment with the delivery service. Smile Mercantile is not responsible for shipments sent back due to unpaid VAT.

How do I track my order?

  • We send out shipping confirmation emails containing tracking information.  Some international shipments are not trackable, as there are some countries that do not require scanning the labels.

How do I make a return?

      The item I want is Sold Out. When will it be back in stock?

      • Our inventory changes constantly.  For information regarding a specific product, email hello@smilemercantile.com, and we will check on it for you.

        Can I place a bulk order of an item?

        • Some items are available in bulk. Please see the individual listings to check for bulk options.

        Do you have a store I can visit?

        • We are entirely internet-based, and do not have a storefront.
