Open Bell Spun Cotton Ornament Blanks, 12 Pcs.
These are great plain spun cotton bells for making vintage style ornaments.
They are made out of tightly spun cotton which can be painted, glittered, and embellished with trims. Each bell has a small hole through the center of the bell, and the opening is recessed about 15mm so you can add a clapper.
Dimensions: approximately 45mm tall (about 1 3/4 inches,) and 42mm in diameter at the widest point.

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Portage, Indiana.
We ship via US Postal Service:
- First Class & Ground Advantage: avg 4-8 days
- Priority Mail avg 2-4 days.
UPS Ground:
- 5-7 avg business days
All US shipments include tracking.
There is no order fulfillment on weekends or holidays. Overnight shipping is not currently available.

Need to add items to your order? If you place multiple orders, the shipping warehouse will ship them separately, in separate boxes, and additional shipping charges are not refunded. - International shipments up to 4 pounds in weight are sent via standard shipping. We are not able to foresee, or accept responsibility for, any customs delays or additional costs within your country. Note that there is no insurance associated with international deliveries, and shipping times vary from country to country with possible delays. Tracking is not always available for international shipments.
- Currently shipping is not available to the UK or Germany due to specific VAT requirements and packaging taxes, respectively.
- EU orders will be charged VAT upon import. You will need to coordinate your VAT payment with the delivery service. Customs forms reflect the full value of the items, regardless of sales or specials. Smile Mercantile is not responsible for shipments sent back due to unpaid VAT.
